How Fast AI Boost handles personal and Google user data.

This policy explains what information Bid Haggle LLC collects through Fast AI Boost, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. It also describes our limited use of Google user data for Google sign-in and Gmail API email delivery.

Account data

We collect the account, authentication, billing, and support details needed to operate Fast AI Boost.

Google data

Google data is used only for sign-in and, if enabled, sending account emails from our support mailbox through Gmail API.

No sale of data

We do not sell personal information or Google user data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Security controls

We use access controls, encrypted transport, hashed passwords, session protections, and provider safeguards.

1. Who we are

Fast AI Boost is operated by Bid Haggle LLC. Fast AI Boost is a software-as-a-service platform for options market analytics, strategy workflow tools, saved strategy review, and account-based access to platform features.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, password hash for email/password accounts, Google sign-in identifiers when you choose Google sign-in, email verification status, role, subscription status, and account security metadata.

Billing information: subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, invoice and payment status metadata, and billing portal activity needed to manage paid access. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Platform activity: saved strategies, strategy settings, ticker symbols, options workflow inputs, generated outputs, preferences, feature usage, and other information you choose to create or save in the product.

Support and contact information: name, email address, subject, message content, and related correspondence when you contact us.

Technical and security information: IP address, device and browser details, log data, request metadata, session identifiers, authentication events, error events, and abuse-prevention signals.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, provide access to platform features, process subscriptions, deliver customer support, send account notices, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud and abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

We use platform activity to provide the tools you request, including saved strategy access, options analytics, AI-assisted workflow responses, dashboards, exports, and related product functionality.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand performance, improve the product, and maintain security. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or sale to third parties.

4. Google user data and Google APIs

If you sign in with Google, we receive limited Google account information such as your email address, name, profile image, and a Google account identifier. We use this only to create, authenticate, and secure your Fast AI Boost account.

If Gmail API email delivery is enabled, Fast AI Boost uses Google authorization for the business mailbox support@bidhaggle.com to send transactional account emails such as verification, password reset, billing, and support-related messages. This access is used to send email only.

Fast AI Boost does not use the Gmail API to read, search, download, analyze, or store Gmail inbox messages, contacts, attachments, labels, or mailbox history.

We do not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose Google user data except as needed to provide or improve the application, comply with law, protect users, or operate secure service providers under appropriate confidentiality and security controls.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, subscription access, user preferences, and basic site operation. Blocking cookies may prevent sign-in or paid-access features from working correctly.

We may use third-party services that set their own cookies or collect technical data when needed for payments, hosting, analytics, security, or embedded platform functionality.

6. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, logging, security, analytics, customer support, and market data infrastructure.

Stripe processes payment details for subscriptions. Google may process data when you use Google sign-in or when our support mailbox sends account emails through Google services. Other infrastructure providers may process data only as needed to deliver the service.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, fraud prevention, enforcement of our terms, protection of rights and safety, business transfer, or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell your personal information or Google user data.

7. Data retention and deletion

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal requirements, and protect security.

Saved strategies and account records may remain until you delete them, close your account, or request deletion. Some records may be retained where required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

To request account deletion or data access, contact support@bidhaggle.com from the email address associated with your account.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, password hashing, session validation, access controls, provider security controls, and limited internal access.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your email account, and keeping your devices secure.

9. Your choices and controls

You may update account details where available in the product or contact us for help. You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information subject to legal and operational limits.

You can revoke Google account access through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access may affect Google sign-in or Gmail API email delivery for the authorized mailbox.

You can manage billing through the Stripe billing portal when available in your account dashboard.

10. Children

Fast AI Boost is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or data practices change. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.

If our use of Google user data changes materially, we will update this Privacy Policy and request any required consent before using Google user data in a new way.
